Amazing Stay at this hotel. Awesome staff great installations and rooms. The food is great. 100% recomendable for some peaceful days.

Thasi is our second time at this wonderful resort. We were even given " I am home" T shirts to wear. We spent 4 nights ot luxury after a hectic multi centre trip around India. Great villa, perfect staff, special beach and a geat resturant. No plastic anywhere and everything being recycled. Special thanks to all the staff who excellent. Snehal Moon went well beyond normal levels of service when she helped me write and send a condolence letter to the family of an Indian friend. It was very emotional . She is a star!

This was a relaxing end to our Kerala tour. We’d pushed the boat out and opted for a pool villa which was spacious and suited my partners disability well. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. The food was generally delicious and plentiful albeit rather expensive. Options to dine out were few and far between. We participated in several of the complimentary activities including butterfly walk ( lots of mosquitoes so protection essential) , owl parliament walk with very knowledgable guide Shibu, cookery demonstration and yoga class which was enjoyable but quite a challenge. We also enjoyed socialising with other guests at the complimentary afternoon tea cart. The resort is set on a quiet , clean stretch of beach - the ocean was warm and marshalled responsibly. We’d love to return in the future

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. No ambience, no gym, no activities, no TV in rooms, no room service and the sea is rough. The afternoon tea at 4pm is a glass of coffee or tea with 2 slices of cake. Full of mosquitoes. The only yoga class a day at 7am is fully booked. There is nothing to see or do around the hotel, no man’s land. 2hrs drive from nearest airport Kochi. I won’t go back, that’s for sure.

Marari Beach is situated in Mararikulam area of Kerala. If coming from Kochi we recommend taking the coastal road as the views are stunning and village life great to see. On our arrival we had a lovely introduction and were presented with a very refreshing drink of Blue Butterfly Pea Flower tea. As part of CGH Earth group, they had outstanding environmental practices including recycled paper for their stationary. Set in beautiful grounds, the villa we stayed was very spacious and comfortable with the open-air bathroom providing a unique and enjoyable feature. Don’t worry mosquito repellent cream and incense sticks are provided. There was a lovely pool area with complimentary towels and water plus bar/ food options. The property runs down to a beautiful beach, perfect for a stroll, swim, watching fishermen and enjoying the sunset. The food and drink were excellent, with a great mix of Indian and Western options with many of the ingredients from the onsite organic garden. The restaurant offers local Keralan dishes, which we highly recommend you try. The daily afternoon tea stall offered delicious local cakes/treats with your Masala Chai / Coffee. There were plenty of activities, including a butterfly garden tour, nature and wildlife walks, and an amazing owl-watching tour with one of the knowledgeable resort naturalists. Shibu was extremely passionate about the wildlife and helped the group to spot various owls and other birds and to take great photos using his telescope. The staff (and naturalists) were incredibly engaging and helpful on top of providing an excellent service. They are the primary reason why the stay was so relaxing and enjoyable. Special mention has to go to Sishwimi(?) at reception, who provided great support when I had a medical incident, arranging a doctors appointment so I was seen and treated the same day. Thank you!! We would not hesitate to return or recommend Marari Beach as wonderful place to stay.
